HOW MUSLIMS HAVE TAKEN OVER ENGLAND AND WHY CHRISTIANITY COLLAPSED IN TURKEY

       Christianity has it's roots deep in the nation of England, because without the bible, there would be no evangelism. When the king of Britain ordered the translation of the bible, evangelism sparked off and England started sending missionaries to all parts of the World. The church missionary society, smith wigglesworth, the Jeffrey brothers and many more, these set a great pace for Christianity up to date, their influence still goes on in the World but it's unfortunate that England the nation of their origin has succumbed to Islamic invasion.

Turkey is in the present day Europe and partly in Asia.

1. Apostle Paul was a citizen of Turkey because Tarsus exists in Turkey.
2. Christianity existed in Turkey for about 1,023 years 
3. The seven churches Jesus spoke to in Revelations 2 & 3(Ephesus, Smyrna, Perganum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodecea) existed in  old Turkey.
4. Turkey once had the largest Christian auditorium in Europe called Hagia Sophia in Constantinople.
5. Mary the mother of Jesus was taken to Turkey by Apostle John and till date, her room has become a tourist centre.

TURKEY TODAY

• Present day Turkey now has 96% muslims & 0.02% Christians(less than 130,000).
• The Hagia Sophia(once largest church in Europe) was taken over by muslims and converted to a mosque for over 400yrs and later used as an Islamic Museum.

WHY CHRISTIANITY COLLAPSED IN TURKEY

• Emphasis on doctrinal differences weakened the Turkish church.
• Rivalries amongst denominations.
• Petty politics in church coupled with ethnic biases.
• The Turks were building big cathedrals instead of building men.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Osman Ghazi discovered the disunity amongst Christians and used it to fight a Jihad that led to a mass genocide of the Armenians, the Hellen and Turks of that day. In fact, the weapon of war used was designed by a Turkish Christian.
• Many Christian women converted to Islam to save their lives and some were raped and killed.
• Osman Ghazi started the Ottoman empire which gave muslims political posts and made it a religion of the state.

IS NIGERIA/GHANA HEADING THE WAY OF TURKEY

• Virtually all the mistakes the church in Turkey made, the Nigerian/Ghanaian church have made it.
• We are building Cathedrals at the expense of discipling men.
• Disunity amongst churches.
• Ethnicity in the church.
• Denominational rivalry, etc.
• Sharp division along doctrinal lines.

• MORE FACTS The spiritual foundation of Turkey is stronger than that of  Nigeria/ Ghana and Christianity existed for over 1000 yrs in Turkey unlike ours which is just 172 yrs but Islam Radicalism uprooted it. The menace of Boko Haram has destroyed a lot of churches in the Northern Nigeria, and it may take another 200 yrs to evangelize Borno State alone.
• There is a secret agenda to Islamize Nigeria and other African nations as contained in Abuja declaration of 1989.

DON'T SAY IT CAN'T HAPPEN HERE, IF WE DON'T RIGHT OUR WRONGS AS A CHURCH

SOLUTION

HEART-FELT INTERCESSION
            
        The Islamic domination in Uganda was greatly shattered by a few local pastors who put their lives in danger and went into aggressive evangelism. Uganda which had been declared a MUSLIM STATE by it's president in 70s was delivered through prayers.

DEO BALABYEKKUBO was the senior pastor of Prayer palace, which has a banner  "intercessors awake". 
Started confronting the Islamic faith and had many Islamic radical converting to Christ. He survived gun shot attacks a number of times miraculously while preaching in market places. He Inspired many who later moved on the break the Islamic stronghold off Uganda. The grace of God manifested mightily on his life such that over 100 people were medically certified healed of AIDS and for 23 years now have remained healed after being healed at the point of death.

AGGRESSIVE EVANGELISM 

The terrorist reached out to the youths in the Northern parts of Nigeria and gave them AK-47 and bombs. lf the church had reached out to them on time, they'll be carrying BIBLES today.
 Christianity is not a faith intended to create harmony with other religions, Christian are called to spread the KINGDOM OF GOD, we are called to confront everything that is not right. Jesus confronted the pharisees and saducees directly and he escaped being killed many times.

    In the late 90s a man who had walked with Deo Balabyekkubo, they had escaped gunshots together and also been imprisoned on a number of occasions, Joseph Serwadda rose up to confront the Islamic direct attack on the church. The MUSLIMS had started holding crusades to dis prove JESUS and the BIBLE. The grace of God multiplied mightily on his life to the extent that when a bomb was thrown on the pulpit while he was preaching killing a number of people and injuring many, he escaped without a scratch on his body except broken glasses and bomb fragments stuck in his coat. He broke the stronghold of Islam off Uganda. 

Today  MUSLIMS most of the time just step forward say "I want to get saved, I want CHRIST" without any one even preaching to them.
If it happened in Uganda, it can happen in Nigeria, Ghana, Turkey, England and any where.    

• Mission support - God is holding the church responsible for Boko Haram, yet we are blaming the government. If we had supported missions and missionaries, we would have had those insurgents to Christ long ago.

• Unity of the church is key in winning this battle. The last but not the least Christians should be actively involved in politics. Enough of these Muslims, holding political offices with Islamic agenda.
